Managing government supply and distribution networks is a task of enormous proportions. EG&G's logistics support services for numerous DoD agencies focus on the development of integrated logistics chains to ensure readiness and rapid response. We specialize in warehousing, packaging, delivery and traffic management of vast stores of equipment and materials in support of base and worldwide customers. We also maintain depot equipment, assure safety, environmental and radiological compliance, and oversee security, human resources, contracting and budget activities.
EG&G is the only company with management and distribution responsibility for high-value aviation parts and supplies for the Defense Logistics Agency's distribution depots in California, Florida and Utah. We provide institutional services to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center and Wallops Flight Facility. And we manage all Foreign Military Sales cases for aircraft parts, maintenance and technical support for 83 international users through the Air Force Parts Repair and Ordering System contract. |
